RN IMCU Nights

RN IMCU Nights role involves providing patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinating and delivering high-quality care per physician orders, collaborating with healthcare professionals, administering medications, assisting with procedures, responding to emergencies (CPR/code team), educating patients and families, adhering to infection control, operating medical equipment, ensuring patient safety, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Requires RN licensure and 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience; night shift from 7p-7a, 36 hours/week, with benefits, sign-on bonus up to $15k, and relocation/tuition-reimbursement options.
