RN II NICU

RN II in NICU on Weekend Option Night Shift (7p-7a) provides competent, family-centered nursing care to neonatal patients in ACH's NICU. Requires RN license in Arkansas or compact state, an associate’s degree (or equivalent) with NICU experience, and 1 year of RN experience. Responsibilities include safe and effective nursing care, clinical judgment, care planning, documentation, rounds participation, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient/family education, adherence to policies, and ongoing professional development. ACH emphasizes safety, teamwork, compassion, and excellence; the NICU unit serves critically ill newborns with a range of needs, supported by ACH’s Magnet-recognized nursing staff.
