RN II - MSS - Salary

Coordinate pre- and postnatal risk assessment, teaching, and appropriate referrals for Sea Mar OB clients and eligible First Steps clients. Conduct nursing assessments, provide education on pregnancy-related topics, coordinate referrals to nutrition, social work, mental health, and other providers, and schedule visits with Sea Mar MSS team. Perform MSS home visits or office visits, participate in monthly provider meetings, and maintain confidentiality. Must be able to work in client homes and during evenings/weekends as needed; bilingual Spanish preferred; requires a valid WA driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Emphasis on culturally-aware, interdisciplinary care, with a productivity expectation of 18–20 encounters per week for full-time. Educator and counselor skills in perinatal care, lactation education, and patient counseling are highlighted, with emphasis on comprehensive maternal-child health services.
