RN II - MSS - Hourly

RN-II coordinating prenatal and postnatal risk assessment, teaching, and referrals for Sea Mar OB and First Steps clients; conducts face-to-face visits (minimum one per trimester and postpartum), performs MSS home or office visits, triages prenatal/postnatal needs, schedules visits with the MSS team and other providers, and participates in community health efforts. Requires BSN/RN with recent maternal/infant or public health experience; must obtain/maintain BLS CPR; bilingual Spanish/English preferred; strong patient education, counseling, and documentation skills; ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team; valid WA driver's license and access to insured vehicle; frequent travel for home visits and flexible scheduling.
