Job Summary
RN II Ambulatory - Pediatric Orthopaedics provides expert patient care in an ambulatory pediatric orthopedics setting, serves as a clinical resource to staff, leads nursing activities in the unit, delegates care to auxiliary personnel, and collaborates with medical and health care staff. The role includes educating patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up; developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care; maintaining accurate patient records; and ensuring patient safety and adherence to quality standards. Requires an active RN license; BSN preferred and leadership/education of nursing staff are highlighted as responsibilities.
