RN - ICU (Rotational, FT) Canonsburg

Manage complex conditions in an 8-bed ICU and step-down unit, including cardiac, pulmonary, infectious disease, and neurology patients. Utilize the nursing process to coordinate patient care plans, initiate and monitor interdisciplinary orders, and provide ongoing teaching to patients and families. Complete comprehensive patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Support the development of students and new staff, potentially serving as a preceptor. Work within a collaborative team structure alongside RNs, PCTs, physicians, and TeleICU.
