RN ICU, PRN NIGHTS

Assess patient health care needs, develop care plans, and act on significant condition changes. Perform or assign delegated tasks to carry out the plan of care while collecting and documenting pertinent data into the electronic medical record. Monitor the work environment, assure quality, and ensure delivery of competent clinical practice for patients on the Intensive Care Unit. Follow up timely on patient and family concerns, communicate with administrators, and assist with admission and discharge processes. Notify assigned physicians of any changes in condition and participate in ongoing assessment of patient care services.
