Job Summary
Registered Nurses at Monument Health provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced ICU environment. They utilize the ANA Nursing Process, developing and implementing individual care plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role requires an active contribution to the prevention or resolution of health issues, advocacy for patients, and the application of standards of professional practice. Qualified candidates can receive up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association - Within 60 days of hire or transfer
- Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of Registered Nurse Experience
- Bachelors degree in Nursing

- The department may require BLS certification sooner than 60 days post transfer/hire
