Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department requirements and nursing scope. Collaborate with medical providers to perform procedures, monitor patients, and document care administration. Teach patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes for self-management. Manage evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes. Customize and deliver holistic patient treatment plans through multidisciplinary collaboration. This role requires an RN with an Associate Degree and certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support within six months.
