Job Summary
RN ICU position providing nursing services in Acute Care, including assessment across physical/psychosocial dimensions, planning and implementing care, medication administration, patient/family education, discharge planning, and collaboration with leadership to ensure safe, effective care for diverse patient ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. Requires state nursing practice compliance, bedside care, and supervision/orientation of staff as part of unit operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification within 1 week of hire
- Current ACLS certification
- 1 year prior related Medical/Surgical experience (implied by job duties)
