RN ICU Float Pool

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU, performing procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers. Assess, perform, teach, and manage patient conditions, translating complex medical terminology to ensure families understand treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes. Manage evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and departmental performance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to customize holistic treatment plans that support patient recovery. Requires Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support, an RN license, and at least two years of ICU experience.
