RN - ICU (Days & Nights)

RN - ICU role providing direct patient care to ICU patients on mechanical ventilation and invasive hemodynamics, following the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation). Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Population includes patients requiring mechanical ventilators, invasive lines/procedures, temporary pacemakers, vasoactive infusions, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring; role involves collaboration with other professional disciplines across the nursing care continuum. Days and Nights schedule as part of ICU staffing.
