Job Summary
Prioritize, delegate, and evaluate patient care while delivering nursing interventions using the nursing process in accordance with hospital policies. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction, while fostering a learning environment for patients, families, and staff. Advocate for ethical, holistic care that promotes patient autonomy and dignity across diverse backgrounds. This role supports a journey toward becoming a best-in-class nursing organization where staff are owners in clinical decision-making. Schedule includes 12-hour day shifts with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS Certification
- ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as required by facility or department
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP)
- One (1) year of experience in acute care setting
- Certification in specialty area
