Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in the 12-bed ICU unit at Mercy Pittsburg. Maintain professional accountability for care provision and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Perform duties consistent with mission, values, and service standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and preferred critical care experience. Full-time day shift with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in Critical Care setting
