RN ICU

Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in the assigned ICU unit, ensuring every patient receives direct and proper care. Analyze patient information, including medical history and diagnostic results, to develop individualized nursing care plans. Prepare nursing processes such as medication administration and treatments to provide comprehensive and effective care. Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning. Requires an Associate degree in Nursing with one year of clinical experience and a valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
