Job Summary
Manage critically ill patients on mechanical ventilation, telemetry monitoring, invasive monitoring, and multiple continuous IV medications. Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care while communicating effectively with patients, families, and the health team. Respond calmly and accurately in high-stress situations, prioritizing care for a culturally diverse population. Requires BSN preferred, Massachusetts RN licensure, and AHA BLS & ACLS certification. Minimum of 2 years current ICU critical care RN experience. Shift runs 7p-7:30a with every other weekend and holiday. Up to $20,000 in bonuses available.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts RN Licensure
- Current AHA BLS & ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years current ICU critical care RN
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and ability to independently interpret telemetry strips
- Experience in cardiac resuscitation, multi-system organ failure and sepsis along with other critical illnesses
- Must be able to respond calmly and accurately in high stress situations
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize
