RN IBCLC Lactation Consultant, Mother Baby Obstetrics, Part-Time Nights - VUH

Provide direct care for inpatient mother-baby couplets and neonates while assessing and managing complex lactation problems to assist mothers in attaining breastfeeding goals. Develop, organize, and evaluate preparation for childbirth, newborn care, and breastfeeding classes for expectant parents. Implement preceptorships and continuing education workshops for nursing staff, medical professionals, and students on breastfeeding management. Manage the breast pump rental station and oversee workflow within the perinatal education department. Work 24 hours per week in part-time night shifts of 12 or 8 hours.
