Job Summary
RN I - VHS FLOAT (PART-TIME) provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and philosophy, offers professional leadership to the healthcare team, and requires floating to a minimum of three VHS facilities. Licensed as an RN in Nevada with BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department, and a BSN preferred. One year full-time or three years part-time acute care experience preferred. The role is part-time and in-person at Sunrise, FL facilities within the VHS/UHS network.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification (adult patients) or PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department
- Approved Crisis Management Course
- Must sign agreement to float to a minimum of three VHS facilities
- Experience: One year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting preferred
