RN I-MED-SURG (CNA), Full Time, Day Shift

RN I-MED-SURG on a Medical/Surgical unit. Provides planning, coordination, and provision of nursing care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include medication administration, intravenous therapy, care of indwelling catheters and drains, use of standard medical equipment, and development of multidisciplinary care plans. Delegates tasks to ancillary personnel, documents care and patient responses, and performs unit safety and quality checks. Includes patient and family education, assessment of learning needs, and adaptability to care environments. Requires active RN license, BLS, and relevant certifications; education preference includes ASN/ADN with BSN preferred.
