RN - I.C.U. Specialist 12 HR FT Nights 7pm-7:30am

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while directing and coordinating nursing services based on established clinical standards. Collaborate with professional disciplines to ensure efficient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes. Set priorities according to patient needs, perform initial and re-assessments, document care accurately, and recognize signs of emergencies or abuse to initiate timely interventions. Manage risk for falls and skin breakdown, teach patients appropriate education, and ensure discharge instructions are understood before transfer or discharge. Maintain current California RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS, and Basic Dysrhythmia certificates. Work nights from 7pm to 7:30am, seven days a week.
