Job Summary
Organize and oversee patient care delivery during assigned shifts while monitoring the hospital environment and assessing resource allocation. Document daily staffing and administrative records to maintain compliance with governmental policies, presenting documentation to senior staff. Provide nursing care as needed and maintain communication with patients and family members regarding care requirements. Assist in coaching staff members and provide input on employee performance. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, three years of nursing experience, and one year of leadership experience. Located in Redwood City, California at Dignity Health - Sequoia Hospital, a nonprofit acute care facility recognized for stroke care and LGBTQ+ equality.
