RN House Supervisor PT Days (Columbia County)

Lead hospital-wide operations as the RN House Supervisor, overseeing clinical, financial, and human resources deployment in the absence of traditional leadership. Direct department supervisors, assistant nurse managers, and charge nurses while serving as a mentor and safety officer to uphold regulatory standards and mitigate risks. Manage day-to-day staffing through budgetary analysis, coordinate emergency response via the Command Center, and implement surge plans or diversion needs based on patient volume. Facilitate patient throughput from admission to discharge, respond to hospital-wide code calls, and lead interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure operational excellence and safe, quality care delivery.
