RN House Supervisor

Manage all department service functions on shift by making frequent facility rounds to monitor care delivery, oversee service quality, and direct patient activities. Directly supervise house-wide staff, ensure efficient operations and patient flow, and deploy temporary agency personnel in compliance with policy. Assist medical staff with scheduling after-hour procedures and stand-by call staff. Perform direct patient care as needed within scope of practice while enhancing the patient experience through supportive interactions and policy explanations.
