RN, House Supervisor (Per Diem, Variable Shift)

Conduct regular rounds to assess patient conditions, review medical data, and develop prioritized interdisciplinary care plans. Supervise nursing and ancillary personnel by directing activities, observing care quality, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Facilitate hospital throughput through bed placement management, patient transfers, and discharge coordination while maintaining appropriate unit staffing. Respond to acute unit codes and attend to medical emergencies for inpatients. Evaluate and resolve employee, patient, and physician complaints promptly within delegated authority. Maintain and adjust staffing levels to meet patient needs while adhering to regulatory mandates and budget guidelines.
