RN House Supervisor Nights PRN oversees hospital operations during night shifts to ensure safe, high-quality patient care, acts as the administrative point of contact during non-business hours, coordinates staffing and patient flow, responds to emergencies, and serves as incident commander in disasters while supervising nursing staff, promoting cost-effective care, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
- BLS - Basic Life Support required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
- Associate Degree or higher preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required
