RN House Supervisor

RN House Supervisor is responsible for supervising hospital activities and coordinating between patient care areas and other departments to deliver safe and appropriate patient care for a specific shift. The role requires leadership in staffing, ensuring care adheres to quality standards and regulatory guidelines, proficiency with EMR, and the ability to manage patient flow and transitions. The position involves three 12-hour night shifts per week (36 budgeted hours) at Holy Rosary Hospital, with emphasis on communication, risk management, codes and traumas response, staff coaching, and promoting a safe, high-quality work environment. The role also requires overseeing coverage, facilitating professional growth, and aligning with organizational objectives. Preferable experience includes ED or critical care and prior charge nurse or team-lead experience; BSN is required within four years of hire, with a strong emphasis on leadership and clinical excellence.
