Job Summary
Manage resources during assigned shifts and create a healthy work atmosphere promoting team and individual growth. Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained. Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families while working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs. This role is located on the 5th floor of Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with a full-time night shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS
- ACLS
Desired Qualifications
- Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience
- Prior clinical management experience
- BSN
