Job Summary
Coordinate resident care and manage unit operations as the House Supervisor at Misericordia Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Provide clinical expertise in managing resident needs, serve as administrative authority for grievances, and respond to emergency situations involving acute changes. Assist with developing nursing policies and procedures while ensuring daily survey compliance. Work four 10-hour shifts from Tuesday through Friday, 2:45 pm to 1:15 am, with no weekends. Requires current Pennsylvania RN licensure and two years in long-term care. Sign-on bonus of $15,000 available.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
- At least two years' experience in a long-term care setting
- Genuine concern for the needs of older adults
- Strong customer service skills with both internal & external customers
- Ability to work four 10-hour shifts each week
- Availability for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday shifts
- Availability for 2:45 pm to 1:15 am shift times
- Ability to work 2nd shift
