RN House Supervisor

Act as the primary nursing administrator in the absence of department managers, assisting with assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care delivery. Support administrative direction for nursing personnel development and evaluation while maintaining operational aspects of hospital departments, including patient throughput. Report directly to a Nursing Manager or Director. Requires a Washington Registered Nurse License, BLS certification, one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience, and an accredited nursing program. This per-diem night shift role is based on-site at Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA, within Providence's comprehensive health care network serving the Inland Northwest.
