Job Summary
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote best practices in resident care at Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri-Saint Robert. Monitor and ensure resident hygiene practices meet highest standards while facilitating alignment between medical and clinical teams for integrated care delivery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to create individualized care plans and address challenging behaviors through targeted interventions and education. Full-time overnight 12-hour shifts with a $10,000 sign-in bonus. The role supports adolescents in a residential treatment facility focused on comprehensive mental health and behavioral support.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), a diploma from an approved nursing program, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Missouri Driver's License
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Experience in a mental health setting (preferably with adolescents)
- Knowledge of child/adolescent growth and development
- The ability to relate to adolescents with substance abuse or mental health problems
