Job Summary
RN House Supervisor leads clinical and operational oversight during weekend night shifts, ensuring patient flow, expediting placement across departments, and serving as a clinical resource for staff, patients, and families. The role requires sharp leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to resolve operational issues, consult on emergencies, and uphold safety, quality, and compassionate patient care. Weekend schedule Friday–Sunday night shifts in Tipton, IN; requires BSN and active RN license with BLS, plus substantial prior nursing and leadership experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) required or relevant experience
- Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license
- Graduated from nationally accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical Specialty Professional Certification preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- BSN preferred or equivalent experience
