Job Summary
RN House Night Supervisor leads and supervises the nursing team on the night shift (11p-7a) to ensure high-quality resident care. Oversees and coordinates resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team, conducts health-status assessments, updates care plans as needed, serves as a resource and trainer for staff, and handles emergencies per protocol to maintain care standards and patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active unencumbered RN license in North Carolina
- Demonstrated leadership abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care plans
- Experience with care-plan assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to operate in a salaried/exempt role
