Job Summary
The House Manager is the on-site administrator after normal business hours, promoting and maintaining quality patient care by supervising patient care areas, coordinating personnel and resources for cost-effective care, and representing organizational leadership across venues on a 24-hour basis. Responsibilities include crisis management, policy interpretation, ensuring timely communication between departments, and acting on behalf of leadership. Requires RN license in Minnesota, BLS and ACLS certifications, five years of acute care nursing, and at least one year in a leadership role; a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. The role is full-time with a night-shift schedule (0.9 FTE) including every third weekend and every third holiday. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Minnesota RN License
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association
- Five years of acute care nursing experience
- One year of leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisory role, manager)
