RN Hospital Per Diem Rotating

RN at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital (per diem, rotating shifts) provides patient- and family-centered nursing care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include developing individualized plans of care with patients and designated care partners, delivering education and information, coordinating care with inter-professional teams, ensuring patient safety and quality of care, using health information systems to monitor outcomes, participating in committees and quality improvement, and contributing to discharge planning and post-discharge coordination. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania and Basic Life Support certification are required; BSN is strongly preferred.
