RN Hospital OR Full time + On-call

Delivers quality nursing care to an assigned group of patients while minimizing infection risks and adhering to hospital exposure control plans. Confirms patient identity using two identifiers before procedures, anticipates deteriorating life signs or equipment malfunctions, and takes appropriate action. Provides patient education, treatment planning, pain management, and discharge planning, while communicating safety hazards to management and participating in performance improvement processes. Requires current RN licensure (Texas or Compact), BLS and ACLS certification, and 2 to 4 years of spine experience preferred. Full-time on-call rotation with a compassionate environment focused on emotional and spiritual support.
