Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home in the Boston, MA area as an extension of the hospital care team. Provide one-on-one patient support while managing high-tech needs including infusion, tracheostomy, and ventilator care for pediatric clients. Work full-time overnight shifts in a team-based environment, requiring current RN licensure and at least one year of verifiable experience with NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent backgrounds. Required Qualifications
- Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as an RN

- Full-time overnight scheduling
