Job Summary
Conduct Admissions, Discharges, and Pronouncements for the Hospice team, assisting the Triage Nurse with required assessments. Manage full-time Weeknight on-call coverage from Monday through Thursday, 5pm to 8am, utilizing reliable transportation for travel. Maintain a clean background, drug screen, and driving record while demonstrating effective written and verbal communication. This role supports the Beaumont area hospice program, offering semi-monthly pay with comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(K), PTO, and holiday pay.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas
- The ability to travel using reliable transportation
- Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience as a RN
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health
- Effective written and verbal communication
