Job Summary
Provide hospice care to patients in their local area within the comfort of their own home. Deliver comprehensive training through our program while managing travel within a 45-minute to one-hour radius. Maintain Monday through Friday schedules with minimal weekend shifts and no long shifts. Hold an Illinois RN license or compact license, one year of professional experience, and BLS/CPR certification. Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Reside locally to support this role.
Required Qualifications
