Job Summary
Provide hospice care to patients in their local homes. Conduct comprehensive training through our program and deliver care within a Monday through Friday schedule featuring no long shifts and minimal weekend rotations. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within 45 minutes to one hour. Join our client's nationally recognized team in home health and hospice, where you will receive a $15K quarterly bonus and access to excellent benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Illinois RN License or Compact License
- 1 year of professional experience as an RN
- Associates Degree in Nursing or higher
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Auto insurance
- Must reside locally
