RN - Hospice

Direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages according to individualized needs, following the nursing process and Nurse Practice Act. Manage a caseload of patients living within the service area and coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team to promote patient comfort. Travel to see patients in Jackson and Josephine counties under the direction of the Hospice Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician. This role requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS certification, and one year of medical/surgical experience with recent acute care or long-term care background. Experience in EOL care is required, with recent Oncology or Home Hospice experience preferred.
