RN - Hospice

Direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages under the direction of the Hospice Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician. Manage a caseload of patients living within the service area of hospice while coordinating patient care activities with other members of the health care team to promote patient comfort. Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Travel to see patients in the Jackson and Josephine counties. Requires Oregon Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS certification, and one year of medical/surgical or acute care experience, with preferred oncology or home hospice experience.
