RN - Hospice

Conduct direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages under the direction of the Hospice Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician. Manage a caseload of patients living within the service area of hospice, coordinating patient care activities with other members of the health care team to promote patient comfort. Travel to see patients in the Jackson and Josephine counties while accepting professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS certification, and one year of medical/surgical experience with expertise in EOL care. Multiple shifts available at Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.
