RN - Hospice

Direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages according to individualized needs, following the nursing process and Nurse Practice Act. Manage a caseload of patients living within the service area of hospice and coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team to promote patient comfort. Travel to see patients in Jackson and Josephine counties under the direction of the Hospice Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician. Required Oregon Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS, and one year of medical/surgical experience with EOL care expertise. Multiple shifts available at Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.
