Job Summary
Direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages, following the nursing process and the Nurse Practice Act. Manage a caseload of patients living within the service area of hospice and coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team. Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Travel to see patients in Jackson and Josephine counties. Work multiple shifts available at the Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Medical/surgical experience
- recent acute care or long-term care experience
- Experienced in EOL care
Desired Qualifications
- Recent Oncology or Home Hospice or Home Health experience
