RN - Hospice

Direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages under the direction of the Hospice Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician. Manage a caseload of patients living within the service area of hospice and coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team to promote patient comfort. Travel to see patients in the Jackson and Josephide counties while accepting professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Maintain an Oregon Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS certification upon hire, with one year of medical/surgical experience required. Multiple shifts available at the Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR.
