RN - Hospice

Direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages, following the nursing process and the Nurse Practice Act. Manage a caseload of patients living within the service area of hospice and coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team to promote patient comfort. Travel to see patients in Jackson and Josephine counties under the direction of the Hospice Clinical Supervisor and on order of the physician. Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Multiple shifts available with a hiring bonus for eligible external candidates.
