RN - Hospice

Direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages according to individualized needs, following the nursing process and Nurse Practice Act. Manage a caseload of patients living within the service area of hospice while coordinating patient care activities with other members of the health care team to promote patient comfort and assist in the achievement of a peaceful death. Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Multiple shifts available. Base pay range $41.56 - $64.52 with a $7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates.
