Job Summary
RN Nurse Clinician provides holistic care to terminally ill pediatric or adult patients and their families by assessing needs, planning, coordinating, implementing, and as needed revising the Plan of Care. Works with the interdisciplinary hospice team to anticipate changes in the patient’s condition, avoid crises, support patient and family choice, maintain continuity of care, and enhance quality of life at end of life. Shift, schedule, and caseload may vary by position; on-site in Spokane Valley, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent educ/experience
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Facility Managed)
