Job Summary
RN Nurse Clinician provides holistic care to terminally ill pediatric or adult patients and their families by assessing needs and planning/coordinating implementing and revising the Plan of Care. Works with the interdisciplinary hospice group to anticipate changes, avoid crises, support patient/family choice, ensure continuity of care, and enhance quality of life. Requires weekend/day shift availability on a per diem/on-call basis; on-site role in Spokane Valley, WA. Must hold WA RN license and BLS; prior hospice/homecare/long-term care oncology experience preferred. Strong collaboration, patient-centered care, and comfort providing end-of-life support are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
