Job Summary
RN Hospice Nurse Clinician provides holistic care to terminally ill pediatric or adult patients and families by assessing needs, planning, coordinating, implementing, and revising the Plan of Care. Works with the interdisciplinary hospice team (IDG) to anticipate changes, avoid crises, and promote patient/family choice and quality of life. Per diem/on-call with shifts that may vary, primarily on weekends during the day shift; on-site at Spokane Valley, WA. Requires RN licensure in WA and BLS within 30 days; position emphasizes care coordination, continuity, and collaboration within Providence's hospice program.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
